DISASTER RELIEF Package- ESSENTIALS

Flat Rate Pricing – No Taxes or Added Fees

1️⃣ Families pay a straightforward fee for the entire month, with no hidden costs or surprise charges.
2️⃣ There are no extra taxes, processing fees, or enrollment costs, making it easier for families to budget for the support they need.
3️⃣ This ensures full transparency and affordability, allowing displaced families to access essential services without financial stress.

15 Service Hours Per Month

1️⃣ Families receive 15 flexible service hours to use as needed throughout the month, ensuring they get essential support during this difficult time.
2️⃣ Hours can be used across multiple services depending on their immediate needs.
3️⃣ This allows displaced families to maintain stability and manage daily responsibilities while adjusting to temporary housing and recovery efforts.

Flexible Hours & Scheduling Requests

1️⃣ Families can schedule services at their convenience, using their hours whenever they need assistance within the month.
2️⃣ There is no set schedule—families have the freedom to request services based on their changing needs and availability.
3️⃣ With a minimum of 3 hours per request, families can group tasks together for efficient use of their time and support.
4️⃣Next-day service is available if requested by 3 PM the day before, ensuring quick and reliable support when needed.

Hour Rollover for Continued Services

1️⃣ If a family renews for a second month, any unused hours from the first month will roll over, giving them extra time for essential support.
2️⃣ This ensures families don’t lose the hours they’ve paid for and can continue receiving assistance as they adjust to their new circumstances.
3️⃣ Rollover hours provide added flexibility, allowing families to maximize their support without feeling rushed to use all their hours within 30 days.

Physical Support Services for Families

1️⃣ Transportation & Errands – Safe rides to appointments for medical care, legal aid, school enrollment, grocery stores, and pharmacies, plus essential supply pickups for those without reliable transportation.

2️⃣ Childcare & Elder Care Support – Assistance for parents balancing recovery efforts and work while ensuring children or elderly family members receive safe, supervised care.

3️⃣ Pet Care Services – Support for displaced families who cannot properly care for pets due to hotel restrictions or limited space in shelters or temporary housing.

This keeps transportation focused on immediate and critical needs for families adjusting to displacement.

Advocacy & Support Services

1️⃣ Temporary Housing Coordination & Relocation Assistance
