Care Provider (Residential & In-Home Care)

Service Providers assist clients with daily living activities, offering hands-on care and dependable support in either our residential homes or the client’s own home. Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation to appointments or community outings. Workers in this role should demonstrate patience, reliability, and respect for each client’s independence and dignity. Compassionate communication, professionalism, and consistency are essential to ensuring every individual feels valued, safe, and cared for.

We are hiring Services Providers to assist elderly and infirm clients with daily living tasks and supportive care. Applicants should be reliable, caring, and committed to helping clients live comfortably and safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living needs

• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping

• Support mobility and independence as appropriate

• Report client concerns or changes to supervisors

Qualifications

• HCA registry required

• IHSS provider approval preferred

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
