Home Care
Our home care program supports seniors and individuals with disabilities who want to remain in a familiar environment while receiving the help they need. Services are delivered in the client’s own home, allowing them to feel safe, comfortable, and independent. Workers in this role must bring patience, reliability, and compassion. They should be attentive to daily needs, respectful of personal space, and committed to ensuring every client is treated with dignity.
Child Care
Our childcare services focus on children of all ages and abilities, including those who may need extra support. Care takes place in a licensed daycare setting designed to be safe, structured, and engaging. Staff in this program should be nurturing and energetic, able to balance fun with learning, and always attentive to the safety and well-being of every child. Creativity, patience, and strong communication with both children and parents are key qualities for this role.
Youth Employment Readiness
Across all ages, the goal is to help youth not only understand the qualities needed to get a job, but also how to display those qualities in order to keep employment and grow in their careers.For younger participants, the focus is on building social skills, teamwork, and confidence through structured experiences and activities. Older youth gain real preparation for the working world by learning basic skills like; punctuality, communication, and responsibility.
Cal-Works / GAIN
Our employment opportunities supports CalWORKs, GAIN, and CCRC participants who are ready to gain experience and re-enter the workforce. These roles provide structure, purpose, and the chance to develop valuable skills in a supportive setting. Workers in this program should bring motivation, dependability, and a willingness to learn. They should take pride in their progress, show respect for others, and remain committed to building confidence and long-term self-sufficiency.
