Youth Employment Readiness Intern (Homeschool Pathway)

Designed for homeschooled or school-aged youth, this structured program introduces students to workplace basics before entering the workforce. Interns complete 9 modules focused on communication, time management, and professionalism. After successfully completing the program, participants may be offered a paid position with Johnson Family Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete weekly employment-readiness assignments
• Practice office and outreach tasks under supervision
• Participate in team meetings, discussions, and job-skill workshops
• Demonstrate professionalism and growth throughout the program

Requirements

• School-Aged (enrolled in homeschool or alternative education)
• Commitment to completing all training modules
• Interest in learning about the working world
