Fast Paced Program – Employment & Placement

The Fast Paced Program is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to work immediately and gain hands-on job experience through the America’s Job Center of California (AJCC) On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program. Participants are matched with entry-level administrative, outreach, or support roles that build professional skills and open doors to long-term employment opportunities. This program helps individuals move quickly from intake to income while receiving mentorship and performance feedback during the 4-week placement period.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in an intake and orientation session for program placement
• Support basic administrative, outreach, or operations tasks 
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the assignment
• Complete evaluations and progress check-ins during the 4-week program

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be document ready (valid photo ID and Social Security card required)
• Male participants must be registered for Selective Service 
  • Register or check your registration status at: www.sss.gov/register
• Must be willing to work through the AJCC OJT program
• No background check required 
• Must be available for the full 4-week training period

Program Completion & Next Steps

At the end of the 4-week period, participants will undergo a reevaluation to determine eligibility for permanent placement or extended employment opportunities with Johnson Family Support Services or a partner organization.
