Transportation & Support Driver

Transportation and Support Drivers provide safe and dependable transportation for clients, children, parents, and staff between company homes, facilities, and community destinations. This position plays an important role in ensuring access to appointments, activities, and daily errands. Workers in this role should be punctual, courteous, and safety-conscious, maintaining professionalism and care while representing the company on the road.

We are hiring Transportation & Support Drivers to provide reliable transportation for company programs and client needs. Applicants should be dependable, respectful, and able to manage scheduled routes efficiently while ensuring all passengers are transported safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients, staff, and families safely and on schedule

• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and maintained

• Support pick-ups and drop-offs between company homes or facilities

• Maintain trip logs, mileage records, and report maintenance issues

• Follow all traffic, safety, and confidentiality policies

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Reliable transportation (if not using company vehicle)

• Previous transportation, caregiving, or delivery experience preferred

• Must pass background check, TB clearance, and DMV verification
