Youth Program Assistant (AJCC Youth@Work Placement)

Through the AJCC Youth@Work program, participants gain paid experience in community outreach, service coordination, and administrative support. Youth are placed with Johnson Family Support Services or one of our partner sites, receiving direct mentorship and skill development while contributing to meaningful community projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with community outreach, tabling events, and family resource drives
• Support clerical tasks such as data entry, calls, and scheduling
• Participate in workshops and mentorship sessions
• Represent the program with professionalism and positivity.

Requirements

• Ages 14–24 (must be enrolled through AJCC Youth@Work)
• Reliable attendance and communication
• Commitment to personal growth and teamwork
